Dr. John A. Nelson, a Daytona Beach native, obtained his degree from the world renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. After years of studying and wanting to become a Medical Doctor, one event changed his life and decision forever. On his 20th birthday, he found out his mother was in the hospital having a stroke due to Doctor prescribed medicine. That was an event that shocked his entire family. Once his mom recovered from her stroke and was gradually getting back to becoming independent, she moved her family into natural medicine.

 

    Through this Dr. Nelson met a Chiropractor who was also a Nutritionist, and this ultimately changed his ideas of becoming a Medical Doctor. He wanted to be able to help people but not have to be forced to give them medicine that could possibly hurt or kill them. He also wanted to get to the root of the problem and thus learning that Chiropractic does just that. Dr. Nelson is happy to be serving the community that has raised him and made him into the person he is today.
